Pray for Haiti

Rescue efforts for the Haiti earthquake is coming to an end. The media attention has subsided. But let us not cease in our prayer for those who continue to suffer and who are hard at work in restoring Haiti.

For the people of Haiti: Pray that they will experience God’s comfort and love.
For local churches: Pray for strength and courage for our brothers and sisters, especially those who have lost their pastors and lack leadership. Pray that churches will be unified and rise up to lead spiritual restoration in Haiti.
For more long-term workers in Haiti: Pray for more committed Christians, both local and foreign, to serve the Haitians, not only in reconstruction, but also in spiritual revival.
For reconstruction: Pray that God’s provision on resources and manpower.
